Under the terms of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), it is required that a summary annual report for Fischer Homes welfare benefit plans and the Fischer Homes Retirement Plan be furnished to plan participants and beneficiaries.  These reports are available below.  A printed copy of these reports may also be obtained, at no cost, by contacting the Payroll & Benefits team at payroll@fischerhomes.com.
