Member ID cards are mailed to Associates 5-7 business days after your benefits enrollment or change in benefits is processed by United Medical Resources (Medical). Associates can access their ID card from the UMR app or by creating an account at the UMR website. Pharmacy benefits are included on the medical ID card. No separate Pharmacy ID is needed.
Dental ID cards are also mailed to Associates 5-7 business days after your benefits enrollment or change in benefits is processed by United Healthcare (UHC). Associates can access their dental ID card from the UHC app or by creating an account on the UHC website.
Vision ID cards are not mailed. Associates can download an ID card from the UHC website or access on the UHC app.
