Fischer Homes recognizes that some positions require professional certifications and or licenses to effectively perform the duties of that position. Associates who maintain professional certifications and or licenses as a requirement of their position or as part of a training program to prepare them for a future role in the Company may be eligible for reimbursement of the costs associated with maintaining these.
