Full-time Associates that are active military duty members or reservists of the Armed Forces have rights under the Uniformed Services Employment, and Reemployment Rights Act (“USERRA”) and will be granted paid time off to fulfill their service duties in accordance with the orders issued by the United States Government.
Leaves Of Absence
Fischer Homes recognizes that there are important moments in life when an Associate needs to be present and away from work. Leaves of absence are available for these moments.
Associates are required to complete and submit a Leave of Absence Request Form prior to their leave to the Payroll and Benefits department.
The Payroll and Benefits department will work directly with the Associate and their supervisor to qualify and administer any approved leave.
