Fischer Homes recognizes that there are important moments in life when an Associate needs to be present and away from work. Leaves of absence are available for these moments.

To begin the Leave Process, fill out the Request for Leave Form and send to payroll@fischerhomes.com.

Leaves Application Timeline

Submit the Leave of Absence Request Form to benefits@fischerhomes.com 30-45 days prior to your intended leave, or as soon as possible in case of unexpected leave.

Leaves Application Timeline

Submit the Leave of Absence Request Form to benefits@fischerhomes.com 30-45 days prior to your intended leave, or as soon as possible in case of unexpected leave.

The Compensation and Benefits team will reach out to you within 2 business days to explain the leave process and provide required documentation.

Return any required documentation to the Compensation and Benefits team within 15 days.

Receive final leave designation from the Compensation and Benefits team.

Please stay in contact with benefits@fischerhomes.com as you are on leave. Update them with any changes to the length of your leave.

Provide return-to-work date and corresponding documentation as soon as it is available.
