Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account

Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Accounts are for Associates enrolled in one of the High Deductible Health Plans (“HDHP”). Both the HSA Plus and the HSA Basic are considered HDHPs. These accounts are designed to let you save pre-tax dollars for dental and vision expenses only.

The Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account is administered by WEX.

The 2025 limit is shown below:

Although Fischer Homes flexible spending accounts offer you the opportunity to pay expenses tax free, IRS rules state that any deposits not used for expenses incurred during the plan year will be forfeited. This is known as the “use-it-or-lose-it” rule.
