Associates enrolled in the PPO plan are eligible to open a flexible spending account with WEX. The health care flexible spending account is designed to let you save pre-tax dollars for expected health care expenses.
The Health Care Flexible Spending Account can be used for eligible medical, dental, and vision expenses.
The IRS establishes an annual contribution limit. The 2025 limit is shown below:

Although Fischer Homes flexible spending accounts offer you the opportunity to pay expenses tax-free, IRS rules state that any deposits not used for expenses incurred during the plan year will be forfeited. This is known as the “use-it-or-lose-it” rule.
