Balancing work and family life activities may be difficult to handle alone. Fischer Homes provides an Employee Assistance Program to assist you with problem identification, counseling, and referral services.  This is a confidential resource available to Associates and their family members.

Employee assistance can assist with the following:

  • Depression, grief, loss and emotional well-being
  • Family, marital and other relationship issues
  • Life improvement and goal-setting
  • Addictions such as alcohol and drug abuse
  • Stress or anxiety with work or family
  • Financial and legal concerns
  • Identity theft and fraud resolution
  • Online will preparation and other legal documents

Employee Assistance

Counselors are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week (including holidays).

For additional counseling, you may schedule an appointment with a counselor for a face-to-face assessment. This program included three sessions per incident each year for Associates and their dependents. The Employee Assistance Program also can provide referrals to other providers or community resources if additional assistance is needed.
