Medical Plans

Each Associate’s needs are different — that’s why Fischer Homes offers three different medical plans to meet the needs of our Associates and their family members. Each medical plan includes pharmacy benefits.

Dental Plans

Fischer Homes offers Associates a choice of two dental care plans, depending on the level of coverage they may need. Both plans cover preventive, basic, and major services, but they differ in how they pay for covered services and orthodontia.

Vision Plan

Fischer Homes is pleased to offer a vision care plan to manage the cost of routine eye exams, glasses, and contact lenses.

Pharmacy Benefits

NEW! Pharmacy benefits for all three medical plans through SmithRx.  Co-pays and deductibles vary depending on the type of medicine prescribed. To learn more Click here.

Employee Assistance Programs

NEW! Balancing work and family life activities may be difficult to handle alone. The Company will provide an Employee Assistance Program through SupportLinc effective December 1, 2024 to assist you with problem identification, counseling, and referral services. Click here to learn more details!

Basic Life

Fischer Homes offers Associate’s basic life and AD&D insurance to provide protection for your loved ones due to your death or certain disabilities.

Supplemental Life

Associates may supplement the life and AD&D insurance provided by the Company and obtain additional coverage for themselves, their spouse and their dependents.

Savings Accounts

NEW! The Company provides various savings accounts through WEX to allow Associates to put aside dollars on a pre-tax basis to use for dependent care and qualified health care expenses. To Learn more about WEX, click here.
