Recognizing that unpaid time off can cause financial strain, the Company provides up to three (3) weeks of paid Inclusive Leave for Associates that meet the eligibility requirements of FMLA.
Beginning January 1, 2023, Fischer Homes introduced paid Inclusive Leave for Associates whose leave would otherwise meet the eligibility requirements of FMLA leave except for the hours and time requirements.
Similar to FMLA, the amount of Inclusive Leave is determined by the appropriate documentation for the leave (i.e. physician note). Inclusive leave pay does need not all be taken at once. Exhausted Inclusive Leave replenishes on a rolling 12 month basis.

Leaves Of Absence
Fischer Homes recognizes that there are important moments in life when an Associate needs to be present and away from work. Leaves of absence are available for these moments.
Associates are required to complete and submit a Leave of Absence Request Form prior to their leave to the Payroll and Benefits department.
The Payroll and Benefits department will work directly with the Associate and their supervisor to qualify and administer any approved leave.
