*If you are on a plan with your spouse, to qualify for the 2026 medical premium reduction, you and your spouse must get a physical by September 30, 2025, and email it to Wellness@FischerHomes.com.
If you have completed a physical since October 1st, 2024, you may already be eligible for the reduction in premiums for 2025. Email your Wellness Affidavit Form to Wellness@FischerHomes.com
