Jury Duty

Full-time Associates are eligible for paid jury duty. Upon return to work, Associates must present proof of jury duty to the Payroll and Benefits department and their immediate supervisor.

Associates are expected to report to work if they are excused from jury duty during regular working hours or are released from jury duty earlier than expected. Jury duty time is not counted as hours worked in the computation of overtime.

Jury Duty hours are entered by the Associate and approved by the manager in Paylocity’s Time & Labor module.  

Leaves Of Absence

Fischer Homes recognizes that there are important moments in life when an Associate needs to be present and away from work. Leaves of absence are available for these moments.
