Fischer Homes provides full-time Associates three paid days of Bereavement Leave to attend to family matters for the loss of a:
Bereavement hours are entered by the Associate and approved by the manager in Paylocity’s Time & Labor module.
Associates may, with prior approval by their manager/supervisor, use available PTO hours for additional days off.
Leaves Of Absence
Fischer Homes recognizes that there are important moments in life when an Associate needs to be present and away from work. Leaves of absence are available for these moments.
